Rochester, MN, July 1, 2007 --- VACAVA Inc. today announced that will include full scripting support in the VACAVA Customer Care solution at no additional charge for solutions purchased in 2007.
This means customers who purchase VACAVA Customer Care in 2007 will get a complete Contact Center solution that includes an easy to use scripting capability that is integrated across all aspects of the solution, whether inbound or outbound.
